How I started

Growing up, I was always on the skinnier side, but as COVID emerged, I took it as an opportunity to start working out. This new habit quickly became a staple of my daily routine. Now, regular exercise is integral to my life, helping me stay strong and healthy. It's amazing to see how much my fitness has evolved from those early days of the pandemic.
